We are very pleased to announce the publication of the first issue of the Weizenbaum Journal of the Digital Society (WJDS)! A major impetus for this journal is to address the need for and challenge of inter- and transdisciplinary research in the field of digitalization. The first issue brings together four articles from different fields that address issues of platforms, regulation, and inequality. The issue is available online open access at https://ojs.weizenbaum-institut.de/index.php/wjds/issue/view/1_1. We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to browse the issue and send us your feedback! Please tell your colleagues about the journal and help us making it visible, the Weizenbaum team will provide social media posts, website news posts and a press release for sharing. For general information on the journal please visit the journal website.
As the editorial team, we are in the process of preparing upcoming issues for 2022.
